The Student Health Center will host a vaccine clinic on Wednesday, September 25 in the Health & Human Performance Lab in the CHESS Building for students and employees. Pharmacists from inClinic Rx will be administering both the 2024-25 quadrivalent influenza (flu) vaccine and the fall 2024 COVID-19 booster vaccine.聽Registration is required.

If you wish to receive both a COVID booster and influenza vaccine, you must complete both registration forms.聽

Both registration forms will ask for your聽pharmacy聽insurance information. Most insurance providers allow for pharmacist administered flu vaccinations at no cost, however, we strongly suggest contacting your insurance provider if you have any questions about vaccination coverage.

Currently, the only forms of insurance accepted for the COVID-19 booster are Commercial Insurance and Medicaid.聽
